The SENSOR ROLL constructed to our unique patented design, houses a heavy duty proximity switch inside the roller.

The switch picks up the passing of targets fixed to the rotating housing and generates pulses which can be used for:

i) BELT SPEED CALCULATION

ii) BELT UNDER or OVER SPEED DETECTION.

iii) BELT SEQUENCING

Protected INSIDE a long life roller that simply drops into a standard troughing frame.

No more welding on targets onto pulleys.
