Based upon the proven ANTI-SPILLAGE CRADLE, the HI-SPEED A.S.C is designed for use:

i) With belt speeds above 4m/s

ii) Directly under hoppers or silo's where breakaway frictions might be high.

The centre panel is replaced with a series of close pitched rollers to prevent belt sag and still maintain the excellent sealing arrangement under the skirt rubber with adjustable panels of low friction U H M W Pe.

Each roller is individually supported on slotted brackets to allow ease of replacement without having to remove the side panels.

Each bracket is slotted to allow for roller adjustment to assist in belt tracking.
