Designed to track a troublesome belt without the need for side guide rollers which often damage the belt edges.

The steering force is a combination of pressure and friction on polymer cones affixed to the wing rollers, together with their unique position to the central pivot. The robust double-bearing central pivot gives a reliable pivot action with long life. The variable height adjustment ensures a perfect fit to the existing roller profile. Adjustable pivot-stops limit the tracking movement and allows the belt to run in a neutral centre position when no tracking force is needed.

The same successful cone-roller principle can be applied to the flat or vee return belt. Often there is little room to install a tracker using traditional side guide rollers.

The cone-rollers offer a much narrower profile and can be used in the tightest of confines. The elimination of side guide rollers means that this tracker can be used on worn/thin/damaged belts without fear of ruining the belt edges.

The variable height adjustment ensures a perfect fit to the existing roller line.
